Rhiotte, a tyrannian lupe modeled after Balthazar and wearing a battle faerie tunic, releases a sparkling light faerie from a bottle. She looks at it in a mix of wonder and adoration, happy to see it free. The released faerie looks back at her after swirling around her head, in a gentle arc.
It's been way too long since I worked on a Neopets commission, so thank you @collageclub.bsky.social for the excuse to draw an adorable tyrannian lupe gal!

of course now that I go to get a screenshot it refuses to load lol I was on it like 6 months ago and it was fine. but on www.neopets.com/neohome you can click Classic neohomes then add on buildings and add items from your inventory
the 1.0 neohomes does still function but it may need the ruffle browser extension to work (a lot of the site is like that lol)
