I usually use toasted sesame oil, ginger, and mushroom/veg broths, noodles, fresh/steamed veggies, seitan, and sometimes Just Egg. So good. Seitan is so versatile. Found soy-free sauces/condiments from Primal Kitchen at Walmart that makes such a big difference. I am so making ramen this weekend. 😄

It's more extreme metal and a blend of soundscapes that are very Icelandic in atmosphere. Just a very well-executed album. I think these guys are going to make some very cool metal going forwards.

No, I get it. I was going to wait on this one, too. So glad I didn't! It's really good. Definitely a lot better than quite a few of the albums on my list.

This is definitely going on the AOTY list. Instant fan. Highly recommended.

For sure! And my current colleagues would absolutely back me up after seeing me go into anaphylactic shock last month. Scared them pretty badly. While I was just like, "It's going to be fine. Just need to stab myself in the thigh." So relieved I'm getting the new nasal spray adrenaline.

Oh definitely I use oat milk in place of soy for just about everything and even though it has much less protein it always comes out great. 😃

I loooove coconut flour. Still trying to perfect its usage in baking and cooking but it's just so good and so filling!
