I realized that my characters Lavender and Fruits within my current dice campaign can fulfill a lot of the same functions as each other and this has made me fantasize about.

"What if it was a game and they could be the version difference" and my players are playing the definitive edition with both.

And also has severe hyperfixation issues, if you know of a legendary forge/some dragon grave or an old Archmage's abandoned study he WILL find a way to it.

And by the 4th major story bit he's become a Hermit who still does some questionable things because he's sure a Wizard that just to cast things still have to get fucked ingredients.

But he's by now a mellowed out oldie who helps in random locations, complains and kinda doesn't fight unless forced.

Third - He reflects on his life strongly and realizes a lot of his magical projects have stemmed from his severe fear of death and getting hurt (Knowing transmutation magics for a stronger body and also reason for his size and is pretty much immortal by now)

First - Weirdo that overtook an entire Kingdom for living out his fantasy of being a dragon but nobody minded as he provided shelter and was generally very helpful as long as you played along.

Second - Over time became a growly neighbour who'd help anyone out whenever he gets the chance.

I love how my oversized Kobold character Fruits started out as an evil mage/witch kinda fella with a Kaiju complex.

And everytime I think of new storybits for him he gets softer.

I have not been able to stop looking at this since I've gotten it.
