yeah, I do agree with that, as someone who worked in govt investigations, it’s definitely possible it existed within the investigative files and wasn’t planted, so I do agree it’s going overboard to claim it was inserted by the Trump admin.

not to mention we’re also seeing a ton of grand jury nullification through no true bills. some aren’t nullification because they’re due to flimsy evidence but I think it’s pretty clear a bunch are nullifications of technical crimes.
