The mayor not choosing a side in these disagreements regarding housing in the city he presides over *is* him taking a side - and it isn’t the one that is pro-growth, pro-jobs etc…

Imagine if we had 20K units currently being built in 2025…. That could potentially fill the $1B budget gap by 1/10th, just in property taxes alone !
