Squarena was a hoot! We were all drenched in sweat, but we paid for 24 levels and ended up finishing 40 because we were so fast!
Ellen’s Stardust Diner is always fun with great entertainment!

The crazy thing is that FB just reminded me that exactly 3 years ago I saw “Hadestown” for the first time. I think I enjoyed it even more the second time!
“Maybe Happy Ending” is definitey my favorite show of the trip so far. It was funny, poignant, and endearing. And Darren Criss was simply SUBLIME!
NYC Shenanigans, Day 3: We spent the morning eating everything at Serendipity 3, then we caught the matinee of “Maybe Happy Ending, spent the late afternoon exploring Times Square, and ended our night with “Hadestown”!
And hummus and egg and sprouts!
It was a dream to see Lea Michele live, but the whole cast of “Chess” was phenomenal!
MJ was sooo good, and the lead actor was incredible!

Mom and I made it to NYC tonight for our girls trip with just enough time to catch a show and grab a slice!
We saw “All Out” which was very funny - Ray Romano was especially wonderful!

Nola and Miles had their dental cleanings today, so the house has been quiet, and #LovableLuigi is taking advantage of the peace.
I was just thinking that I could pick up figure skating. Then I thought I was too old. Then I remembered that my mom did it when I was a kid. Then I realized I’m way older than she was then. Now I’m sad. 😭

This is very common and is the hardest part of the year. The hours are long, excitement has worn off but the end still seems so far, and you rarely see daylight. Know that’s it’s not just you, it’s temporary, and you’ve got this!

I am reading a book where a character gives out Petsmart gift cards to people in need with dogs. I love this idea of how to help. I don’t typically carry cash, but was thinking I could keep an assortment of stuff that I could give out as needed.
