I've no idea what 'citation dialog' is and the UI is no different to v7

The bad news: macOS has a couple of wonderful accessibility tools, including a colour namer (hover mouse over what you want to describe and please Ctrl)... and if that is turned on, the mousehover tool in rust-analyzer won't work (in ST4, not tried other editors)
