Lately I got re-hooked, all these years after it launched on Gran Turismo 7.
Like contemplating buying a sim rig level of hooked.
I thought Silverstone was fascinating drama, and even today’s rather boring race was still a decent watch just because Spa is fun to look at.
Still trying to figure out who I should support. I feel I have a natural inclination towards McLaren, but feels bandwagony?
So I thought the F1 movie (while like a 7/10) made a really compelling case to me, someone who’d never watched 1 minute of Formula One, for what makes the sport interesting.
So I decided to watch the last two races and I’m totally hooked. #f1

Ultimately I don't want algorithmic content in my life in any way, whether that's advertising or youtube videos or instagram posts. When I do use Instagram, it's mostly the following tab.
My one weak spot remains reddit, but I'm trying to stay off the popular tab and only look at the subs I want.
At this point the only place I see clearly targeted ads is Instagram, which I would delete right now if I felt I didn't need it for work.
And even those ads are clearly confused or working off an old data set.
Just thinking this morning about how one of the best things I've done recently is a) move myself off Safari and onto Brave across all my devices, and then b) subscribe to Kagi.
No AI slop search responses. Almost no ads. And when I do see them they aren't creepy targeted ads.

Biggest asterisk title I can remember in my lifetime.
What's so maddening is that the iPad pro would be an incredible portable travel editing device. But both Adobe and Capture One has so severely limited their ipad versions. I thought Apple were going to be the last people to realize the potential of the iPad pro but guess I was wrong.
. @adobe.com 's continued bastardization of the iPad Lightroom app is infuriating.
Still no keyboard shortcuts when docked.
Removed the camera profile manager.
Removed the preset manager.
Added "AI credits" though.
This feels like a game 7, both teams know deep down this is the series
The OG switch had Breath of the Wild and not much else for like six months. The Switch 2 has a much deeper library ready to go, as well as a signature launch title that is a sequel to the 5th best selling game of all-time. Like it's fine.

The Nintendo Switch 2 launch lineup it totally fine.
Everyone saying "but there's no breath of the wild" like yeah of course, one system ever had a Breath of the Wild quality game as a launch title, because Breath of the Wild was a once ever event.

I've been pretty disillusioned with Apple (intelligence) the last year or so but I think @snell.zone hits it right on here, and I came away from the keynote way more excited about where Apple is going. Less appeasing pundits, more back to things they can do well.
