sourdough cannolis need to be reworked. they were light and fluffy and I think they’d be perfect for egg salad or tuna, salad or tofu “egg” salad 💡

new shell dough recipe

360 g flour
25 g sugar
3 g salt
57 g butter
120 g sourdough discard
1 egg yolk only
15 g white wine vinegar
