today 7 years ago Mischa came home with me! so we're counting this as her offical 13th birthday 🎉
with every year bringing new things to worry about health wise i want to celebrate every birthday we get to spend together 🥳💖

Simple health concerns shouldnt put you in financial distress that makes all the people around you advise you to "just let go" instead of paying for it 💀💀💀

Thyroid problems are so stressful just because of medications and food and vet visits alone 😭 we also have to get bloodwork and ultrasounds every 3 months bc of her liver and pancreas and thats such a huge chunk of money!!! And the 300-500 euro is nothing compared to other countries lmao

Yes omg 🥲 while editing this it made me reflect how stressed i was this year because of it and why i was barely able to draw 🥲 and why chunks of my hair are turning white 🥲🥲

It is unfortunately wayyy to late 🥲
I got her from the shelter, which makes things difficult already, and she came with a hernia, allergies and now arthritis
Vets tell me all the time that no one would take us 🙈
And they unfortunately forgot to offer us payment installments 🥲
But thank you!!!

This was not supposed to be a tradition, but thats what you get when you have chronic conditions 🥲
This might not seem like a lot of money but its a huge amount to me - in fact its almost 4.5 times my monthly salary and the new expensive food isnt included here 🥲
