The genius of Adam Sandler is that his performances in the comedies that critics hate are exactly the same as his performances in the dramas that critics love. Beyond Punch Drunk Love, which Mark will obviously and correctly pick, I have a soft spot for Hustle.
I think there was a plan for what would happen next, but they neglected to make sure they had a manager who would actually implement it.

Daniel Day-Lewis is the greatest screen actor of my lifetime, and I don’t think he’s ever been better than when directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. I love Phantom Thread but There Will Be Blood just has something magic about it, so that’s the one for me.
