This week's schedule comes with a disclaimer of 50% chance to get cancelled/changed guerilla style because I'm still a little all over the place. But I think things will get better!
And next week is Valentine's Day already 😳

I think you're on to something! I like to sit in a different room with a nice drink, blankets, and read my Kindle. Feels like a more focused break than just aimlessly browsing or gaming.

I wish I could listen to my body like that. The brainworms take charge too often.

There's a very delicate balance between "I have to lock in" and "I have to be kind to myself" that is not easy to achieve.
Does anyone have advice on how to do it? I feel burnt out when I do a lot, and guilty when I take breaks.
