Long gone are the days when all you had to ask a person was 'milk or sugar?'.
They don't half get some scary looking people on The One Show?

There'd certainly be some bushy tails on ours!
Imagine one of those jumping over the fence and coming into your garden.

My Portuguese is more like a general Iberian argot. But you will surprise the pants off most Portuguese if you can string more than an 'obrigado' or two together.
I love the language but spoken Portuguese remains a challenge. Years of holidays there plus four years working in Angola it's still only semi permeable to me.
Β‘SΓ, cΓ³mo una arma de fuego automatica! And they chop the ends of the words off! π£
