Honestly I prefer the one where I'm assigned shots, but I think the best one is when you are assigned shots, but you can also ask your supervisor something like "Give me more cool action shots for my portfolio on the next ep"

Tried using some font identifying websites like whatthefont, couldn't find this exact one, but there were some similar ones, you can go try for yourself

Some sketches of club penguin Characters (official and unofficial). The biggest one on the page is Bill the penguin, the main character of a fan comic I made as a kid, next to him his red puffle Rocky, a monstrous puffle abomination that's three puffles turned into one beast: the black one, the white one and the dog one (a concept from that same comic), and Herbert the bear doing and evil laugh at the bottom. At the top there's some black and white sketches of Bill wearing his cool shades, Turbo yelling at somebody and a scene in the shop with Bill handing the cashier penguin coins, the note explaining how "If I would make a Club Penguin comic today, I would add small shape variations to the character's heads, with somre of them leaning more toward the old Club Penguin style (with the pin heads).
