Our team and partners tested fermented sugar kelp in diets for post‑smolt Atlantic salmon and found no negative effects on gut morphology, plus promising modulation of antioxidant and immune responses, a potential application in functional aquafeeds

The 𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐀𝐐𝐔𝐀 project showed that dietary methionine boosts antiviral defenses in trout by increasing viperin during VHSV infection. Building on 𝐀𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐏, this work now continues with 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐌𝐄𝐓.
