It’s been a desk kind of day for me today.
I've just been reading the IfATE EPA for Barrister apprentices, which adopts a pass/fail grading system. Should this approach be applied across all qualification routes for fairness then? How is it equitable if traditional routes still emphasise distinctions and higher marks?
Attended theEffective Legal Research session today at Middle Temple. It was really useful and served as a reminder that we should stretch our legal research sources and not just go straight to what we know. I also picked up a refresher on Westlaw and PLC search techniques. #EverydayASchoolDay
