Damn, how am I still learning how to be a normal person?? It’s like everybody has read some user manual that I haven’t been allowed to read. I have so many questions, I don’t have any answers. But I still just seem to never understand how being a human works. I keep having to ask other people.

Yup plus refusing to acknowledge or address the problem only further hurts women, AND men. And then the same guys bitch about “double standards” which are realy just “standards” that are a result of the same problem, the patriarchy. In the end it helps NO ONE. But everyone refuses to acknowledge it.
Maybe one problem is I refuse to overdo it on my calories. I’m trying to get RID of my belly, not create more along with man boobs. So I keep calories fairly low and protein high.
I just started doing shoulder press machine so maybe that’ll help. And adding preacher curl machine for more volume. But damn. Feel like maybe I should have more mass by now.
Looking great!! I might need to get on a program because my arms haven’t changed size like that, and I’ve been back at the gym for 3 years now.. Last year I started upping my protein intake. This year I started gym 3x per week instead of 2x. But I’ve been curling 30lb dumb bells for 3 years now…

Do any techy stream people have any idea why my Elgato capture card flickers every once in a while when I’m gaming from my PC and streaming to my Mac? Sometimes crashing OBS altogether? Yet when streaming from my switch to my Mac, it doesn’t do it at all? Maybe something to do with PC resolution?

Oh wow now when you say it was 3 years old at the time, that sounds brand new! But it wasn’t. But now that was so long ago. But still feels recent. Time is weird!
That’s my take on it. If it was for Switch 1, then the version on switch 2 would just be a switch 1 port. We don’t need another “new 3DS” situation. Switch 1 is outdated hardware. Switch 2 is outdated hardware. The point of a new gen is to make better games!
