15 miles #running today. Wind, rain, coat on, coat off, repeat. I thought it would be easier as it was mostly flat but still was a big effort. I’ve developed the Big Hunger where I can’t seem to get caught up. Planning 10 miles with hills on sunday… might be too much.

20 miles w 3100 ft ascent #running yesterday. Crisis of the soul at 17 miles when I thought this is only half way point of my upcoming race. I’m sure it’s why they don’t issue refunds. My iPod died for the last hr (soooo many hrs it takes me) so just my annoying thoughts with me to the end.
