9/15/24 I weighed 230lbs, yesterday (3/3/25) I was 213lbs. 17lbs down over 7 months. I realize people lose weight faster, but for me, that's really good. Can't wait to finally be in the 190s 🤩

Tried the elliptical at the gym today, much harder than the treadmill (for me anyways).
