There's NOTHING wrong with this picture. A lush, safe neighbourhood where active transport is primary - I'm all in.

Various studies 56 is the age that its extremely difficult to be considered now. Its very much also men. Creative sector i think it rolls off mid 40s. I squeaked through to retirement age by teaching through last half decade but sheesh its bonkers… beyond the misery - an utter waste of talent
