There is absolutely no news indicating Hillary Clinton has endorsed Cuomo in the NYC general election at this late date. Prior to the NYC mayoral primary, Bill Clinton endorsed Cuomo, but immediately after Mamdani won the primary, Clinton congratulated Mamdani and endorsed him.
