every single time i see a nightclub ad in a major city i think of this classic tweet
The second best part of That Dickhead's boxing match the other day was that it provided some excellent reference frames of people getting their shit rocked
I finally got my first Strategy Board shared from a random person in Frontlines...
I just saw someone yell “they’re just using it to generate ideas!”
And
I hate to say it
But if you work in the ART DEPARTMENT and you need a death machine stuffed with your colleagues’ work to give you ideas
Quit.
You know what you can use to generate ideas? A brain.
I don't believe people when they say they need this abysmal tech to generate ideas, I think they're lying, but people are so disgusted with the tech being used to replace people's jobs, they don't exactly want to admit to what they're doing.
Oooh, Styx: Blades of Greed has a release date! 19th of February.
21. Radio the Universe
I think I've been waiting for this longer than Silksong, the demo was deliciously well done, can't recommend highly enough playing this for yourself.
11. HARK THE GHOUL
Take one eyeball at this and you'll get why I'm anticipating it, it looks gorgeous, the vibes are just incredible, the world looks wildly inventive, and oh yeah there's a demo too! Maybe go check that demo out?
10. Grave Seasons
This looks seriously intriguing, a sort of Stardew inspired game, but there's a serial killer amongst the townsfolk. It's a fascinating twist on the usual farming sim, and the visuals look great as well, the isometric pixelart as well as the character portraits looks swish.
6. Alabaster Dawn
This is the new game from the developers of Crosscode.
It has a demo.
Drop what you're doing and play it now.
The older I get, the more my politics mature from childish, naïve beliefs like "the world is complicated and leaders have to make hard decisions" to more serious, adult principles like "hurting people is bad and helping people is good."
Tweet by Jason @longwall26 My cat, an idiot: Those ornaments look exactly like my toys. Why can't I play with them? Me, pinnacle of animals: That felt frog wearing a top hat is to celebrate The Lord
Glad I saved this by @longwall26.bsky.social
it's integral to noelle holiday's character that she is the type of girl who played rpg maker horror games when she was like 14 years old at 2 am and often looked outside her window and saw an endless, dark forest
