Holding out hope for a decent RE5 & 6 remake, I see you 👀

I hope I can finish Requiem’s first playthrough tomorrow and I think I can confidently say that it’s my favourite Resident Evil game.
They genuinely nailed the recipe of two simultaneously running campaigns so much I almost want them to remake RE2R, lmao

Y’all, when I initially played RE2 I actually wasn’t big on Leon. At all. RE4 came along and I’m a goddamn believer. He’s just way too fucking cool. I need a Leon shirt and cap.

I’m still very much a Leon fangirl, but Grace has been a great experience so far, her actress did a phenomenal job!

I was about to give up hope of getting to play this week, but it’s finally time to play Resident Evil: Requiem! Be warned, I’ll be a complete menace about Leon and I won’t be sorry for it. 😎

Heck, don’t let me keep you, but I’ll absolutely consume every bit of speedrun lore for RE9 once I get my grabby lil hands on the game, haha

The mess of my RE9 copy still not being shipped is frustrating on its own, but I also haven’t been able to watch any of my usual streams, let alone watch people take the game apart in real time for speedrunning, and somehow that’s making me angrier than the fact that I haven’t been able to play, lol

In the last month, Marin has had their gender affirming surgery pulled out of reach, and now they’ve been laid off.

I’m doing what I can to support them here but if anyone has any help they can offer

I can’t bear to see them lose hope like this
