I just published an update to the Boulder Spellementals guide ahead of this weekend's RCs and Spotlight. This update is FREE to make sure anyone who subscribed earlier can access it - hopefully this will help some cool Crab gamers crush it.
March 3rd update for Standard Interaction Guide (leading up to Spotlight Richmond and RC Turin).

Yeah I'd never consider it if not for the Kinbinding. The Spikeling is truly horrible I think too.
Surprised you don't want the Tilling, it looks really good here to me.
(they did do this in the actual game for the record with Rimekin Recluse)
If we push through our damage with the 1/1s, Bre activating twice (or otherwise pushing the 3/3 twice) is lethal. Looks pretty nice to attack here.

wow is that perfect Battle Box magic card Fusion Elemental
In the end I think my deck was totally fine but I was a bit too narrow-minded in pack 2 and maybe too open-minded in pack 1. Hopefully I'll get to draft again soon.
p3p5 Lys Alana Informant.
p3p6 Blossoming Defense. Normal UR Elementals looked really open (no Cinder Strikes though) but I didn't really have a path into it.
p3p7 Spiral into Solitude.
p3p8 Merrow Skyswimmer over Wildvine Pummeler. My deck would have prefered the higher impact Pummeler.
p3p4 Spiral into Solitude over Eclipsed Elf. Morcant obviously would have paid off. Our hypothetical Vivid green deck would have loved this Elf too. Major punish for forcing a closed lane instead of imagining a deck for the cards I was given.
p3p2 Lys Alana Dignitary. These were too ambitious, maybe even worse than generic 2/1 for 2. Hard to say.
p3p3 Moonlit Lamenter over Safewright Cavalry. I love this card but I think our deck wanted better ways of attacking more than a good value card.
p3p1 Protective Response over High Perfect Morcant. Should I have pivoted into Elves here? EIther GB, MonoG with two splashes, or GWb look plausible. I decided that even though I had some reasonable Elves I needed removal enough that Response was worth it. Unsure.
End of Pack 2. I'm locked into GW with no splash. I have plenty of decent early cards, but they aren't the traditional Kithkin ones and instead are somewhat reliant on this impossible to enable Dignitary. I'm looking for more power especially in the 3-4 mana range as well as removal (as always)
p2p10 Chitinous Graspling over Foraging Wickermaw. Another error. The Vivid deck was absolutely available to me but I tunneled a bit on the fact that one of my early creatures cared about Elves and one of my late ones cared about Kithkin.
Shore Lurker, Puca's Eye, Stalactite Dagger
p2p7 Surly Farrier.
p2p8 Evolving Wilds.
p2p9 Midnight Tilling. I have a great bomb I want to dig for and a Lys Alana Dignitary to enable AND a Dundoolin Weaver. This is an excellent Tilling deck.
p2p6 Dundoolin Weaver over Moonlit Lamenter. This is pretty close - I decided I wanted to have redundancy for my Kinbinding getting duressed/disenchanted. In the actual games, I ran Weaver out on turn 3 and then my Kinbinding got Auntie's Sentence on the splash t4 so maybe I should have stuck to it.
p2p4 Lys Alana Informant over Foraging Wickermaw. This is the easiest way to move into the deck that plays the Shinestriker and the Kinbinding and I just... don't? Clear error to me.
p2p5 Lys Alana Dignitary over Moonlit Lamenter and Wary Farmer. This is the punish for the Farrier pick p1p6.
p2p3 Shinestriker over Nothing. Not sure what to make of this pick, I can't imagine the way into the Shinestriker deck but I can't imagine playing the other cards either. Could I have moved into Vivid pile from this point?
p2p1 Virulent Emissary over Explosive Prodigy. I like how Emissary goes into my most likely "main" color and it plays well with Kinbinding.
p2p2 Thoughtweft Imbuer over Dundoolin Weaver. This is going to be another great way to push over board stalls. I maybe should have forced Kithkin from here?
Pack 1 review. I'm most likely to end up in GW but to be honest I'm pretty short on power overall. White was completely closed in pack 1, and we've mostly taken expensive value and horrible filler.
p1p7 Mistmeadow Council.
p1p8 Unexpected Assistance. It doesn't seem likely that I will find my way into UW, but I should try to leave the door open here. Maybe I should make the read on RW and take Burning Curiosity?
The end of pack 2 has very few playables in any color.
p1p6 Prideful Feastling over Surly Farrier, Gristle Glutton and Flamekin Giltweaver. Red might be the other underdrafted color at the table. I think I should have taken the solid green 2-drop, I should know that I'm likely GW and I end up getting punished for this later.
p1p4 Selfless Safewright over Prismabasher and Assert Perfection. It's clear that green is open from the right.
p1p5 Keep Out from a weak pack. I maybe should take Tweeze or a green common here? But I want to take white cards whenever I can.
p1p2 Noggle Robber over Collective Inferno. The Inferno is great but mostly doesn't play with Kinbinding. I'll take a nice flexible rate card.
p1p3 Pummeler for Hire over Twinflame Travelers. Might not be the right pick again in a vacuum, but it plays with Kinbinding and is flexible.
