Like clockwork.

We've always kept rescued commercial hens, usually ISA Brown / Rhode Island Reds which lay light brown eggs. We've recently taken on the Araucana as well as a couple of Copper Marans that are laying beautiful REALLY dark brown eggs.

They all taste the same of course, but so nice to see the variety.

I'd like to stop being an American and be an Irishman, please. I'll open an authentic taco truck even. My hubbs will bring his remote job, so we pay taxes but not take up too much space. I just want out, and England and Australia are trying to be American.
