New project, step #2: use #python to compute the six main chain torsion angles (Ξ±, Ξ², Ξ³, Ξ΄, Ξ΅, and ΞΆ). Each computed value is used to produce an STL file from the #openscad script. The screenshot shows a 3d printer plate with the 6 first nts in a tRNA #RNA #3dmodeling
