The Cs are counting the days and the pennies. Shulga and Tonje can be converted to the lowest dollar rookie 10-days because Boston holds their draft rights (Tonje because Utah drafted and traded him to the Cs). RHJ would be more expensive so, he would get his promotion last. I think.

Dear @keithsmithnba.bsky.social: if a two-way player is elevated to a full minimum contract does its total annual value count towards towards the teams taxable salary? Or is it pro-rated?

Also: do prior two-way contracts count towards years of service?
