Absolutely! We have a real problem in society where our weight is tied to our worth. Even when people aren’t even thinking about it! I also have quit smoking but also still miss certain rituals. Trying to have a healthier relationship this time around with my weight loss journey.

This exact kind of thing happened to me in my 20s it was like 2012. I would barely eat, binge eat when I did, and the rest of the time I was living off of coffee, alcohol, and cigarettes. I was the thinnest I had ever been in my life and people told me everywhere I went how amazing I looked.
