HPV is very common and often clears up on its own. However, when it lingers, it can lead to cervical cancer over time.

HPV testing is replacing the Pap smear as the main way to screen for cervical cancer in Ontario.
This applies if you’re 25+, have ever had sexual contact, and are a woman, Two-Spirit, transmasculine, or nonbinary person with a cervix.

Frostbite can happen quickly in cold weather.
Know the signs.
Remember COLD:
• Cold skin
• Overexposure
• Loss of sensation
• Discolouration
If you notice these signs, get warm and seek medical care if needed.
