I saw this on twitter and it annoyed me.

Writing fanfic is ok, rewriting a series ending because you personally didn’t like it is also ok. But what isn’t ok is disrespecting the original author. Without Gege there wouldn’t be a series for you to rewrite and ‘do better’.
