I have been pretty inactive here, but I noticed many of you have continued to follow, and I thank you for that.
I was laid off from Marquee earlier this winter, but I'm excited to be working on a new project: The Windy City Breakdown Podcast with a pair of former coworkers.
The Cubs are signing LHP Génesis Cabrera to a major-league contract, per sources.
Cabrera, 28, had a 3.52 ERA in 7.2 innings with the Mets before being DFA’d on May 24.
