What can be done?
1️⃣Rebuild trust - Global North governments must deliver on their commitments to fulfil country needs
2️⃣Deliver aid as grants for reducing poverty & inequalities
3️⃣ Strengthen independent oversight of ODA quality and effectiveness
Restoring #aid integrity is more than fixing technical rules, power must be shifted from rich countries to the #GlobalSouth with genuinely inclusive governance.
Aid must be rebuilt as an engine of justice.
