i really can not emphasize enough that the most materially impactful thing you can do for trans people right now is hire them.
Kansas GOP to, without a grace period, confiscate and invalidate the drivers licenses of all of its trans citizens exactly as the federal GOP places arduous identification requirements to exercise the right to vote.
This is from HR 7661, calling itself the Stop the Sexualization of Children Act. This must not pass.
Abolish the legal gender marker entirely. No government can be trusted to have a database of which people have changed theirs, no government has any business tracking what your gender is "supposed" to be in the first place.
