Added vertically moving platforms.

Thinking a lot about Parasite Eve lately. So messing around in Pico8 to create a Parasite Eve style battle system. Here is an early look:
- Real-time character movement
- ATB bar that fills up
- Z key pauses movement, shows attack range
- X shoots, using 1 AP per bullet

New additions:
- The tongue now retracts back to the frog when capturing a fly instead of just disappearing.
- Simple particles added for when the fly is eaten

Haven't posted in awhile, but I'm getting back to work in Pico8.

- Platforms
- Automatically transition to new level after all flies have been caught

New progress:
- Placeholder red circles to represent the flies
- A tongue that targets the flies when the frog is within range. If there are no flies within range, the tongue will just shoot straight out and back in.

Frog now faces in the same direction as the jump arc.

- The frog now has a sprite
- Frog also has collision with the wall so that it doesn't fly off screen.
