Blue Tit checking a nest box

The nest boxes are currently getting a lot of attention, I think this Blue Tit has made its decision, has been in and out of it most of the day #thegardenjungle

Saw the first of the Lambs out in the local field, they were released from the nursery barn earlier today #thegardenjungle #Spring #Lambs

Early February and is recorded as a sighting, quite often get random ones turn up and stay for a short while. I went to see if I could see this one after a heads up, found it eventually after getting back in the car and it landed in the hedge initially next to the car.

The Garden was an absolute delight to watch today. There were Blue Tits, Goldfinches, Redpoll, Coal Tits, Collared Doves, A Pheasant, loads of Blackbirds, Great Tits, Male and Female Bullfinches, Pigeons, Wrens calling, Sparrows and a quick visit by the Great Spotted Woodpecker. #Thegardenjungle
