I think it’s called Storm Silver. Took your advice and got into some romhacks. The Sapphire one was on hShop so I downloaded it right to my 3DS! Loved it.

Pokémon Blue version is life. I can’t help but to play it every fall due to that being when I first got into Pokemon.

These “pay to play early” are a scam. If you can pay to play the game, that’s the release date it isn’t early.
