Forgetting why you walked into a room isn’t a sign of cognitive decline. It’s your brain doing exactly what it evolved to do.

They came into my house, threw all my paints away and made me paint with their paints, they also laughed maniacally the whole time . . . it’s all true
Oh yes totally get that.
There’s some on mine that would make the cut everytime and others that could swap.
And some were around just at the right time for when I needed them.
I’m sorry it didn’t work to cheer you up, but having not seen you in a while it’s good to see you ☺️
I think this is a decent snapshot of some of my favourites, all for differing reasons.
Changed it whilst doing it and would probably be different if I did it another day, proof of so many good games, me being forgetful or just my fickle nature 😅

Like that it’s a multi part and apparently even more options than they’ve shown so far.
Not sure on the Grot’s chin though, looks like he’s had an implant in it to be more Orky 😅
Trash tier content seems right on the money for him, definitely someone with the Ick factor about him.
I'll always be obsessed with this edit made by @tommchenry.bsky.social
[We see a close up of a young white male, tanned, white teeth, coiffed hair clearly an influencer on social media. It is an image such as you see when social media posts are shown on the news. In the corner of the screen is named a location: DUBAI. He is staring slightly off-camera for several silent panels of the comic strip. His eyes move slightly. He is having a thought.] From off-screen a newsreader’s commentary comes: NEWSREADER: Extraordinary images here of an expat in Dubai [The influencer’s eybrows raise slightly] …Having their first ever geopolitical thought. [CUT TO a BBC news scene. The BBC newsreader CLIVE MYRIE is talking to an interviewee next to the screen showing the social media influencer’s face. The interviewee’s name is David Jones]. CLIVE MYRIE: To explain the significance of this moment we’re joined by David Jones, our Expat Thoughts correspondent DAVID JONES: Clive, this is momentous It was caught on film at the end of an Instagram post titled: ‘Dubai Is Brilliant’. [Pointing at the screen, the influencer’s expression still the same] You can clearly see in the eyebrows here, the dawning realisation that there *might* be something in the world beyond his dickhead self. It marks a *huge* departure from all the Dubai Expat’s previous thoughts. CLIVE MYRIE: Which are…? DAVID JONES: You've Got To Get Yourself Out Here Mate, Everything Is So Clean, I Don't Have To Pay Taxes, I Am Incurious As To Why I Do Not Have To Pay Taxes, and Spa. CLIVE MYRIE: And might we see an expansion of these new Thoughts in coming days? DAVID JONES: I think we can expect to see: “I Deserve To Be Airlifted By A Country I Pay No Tax To” CLIVE MYRIE: Mmm. [Ends]
Signed up for my first class already
I love scrolling along and seeing messages appear before I take in the context 😅
A Primaris Invictus Tactical Warsuit on a stony field with ruined buildings. It stands on the body of a space marine in red armour. The pilot sports a white face, a metal facemask and a shock or red hair, while the suit is painted in bright colours and has a back banner of a leering clown's face.

Mini of the month - what’s wrong with you?
Entry 11 by @grumpykiltpin.bsky.social
WTF is Wrong With You, Brother? When I said we were Terror Troops, this is not what I meant.

Picture of Marjane Satrapi alongside a quote from her. The quote reads: The world is not divided into countries. The world is not divided between East and West. You are American, I am Iranian, we don't know each other, but we talk together and we understand each other perfectly. The difference between you and your government is much bigger than the difference between you and me. And the difference between me and my government is much bigger than the difference between me and you. And our governments are very much the same... - Marjane Satrapi, Iranian-French graphic novelist
Thinking about this quote from Persepolis creator Marjane Satrapi again.
Love this, looks so damn stylish
Hey guys look!
Painted and finished Eldrad Ulthran miniature painted by me! He is painted in the classic black and bone Ulthwé scheme.
i got to paint one of my favourite minis recently! ✨
always love a chance to paint Eldrad & I’m super happy with how he came out ^.^
Post a pic you took, no context, to bring some zen to the feed
“Please madam, I am a serious business dog, go bring me treats for after the meeting!”
A Cadian officer conducts a hasty service in the mud. Dark green armour with gold trim and lighter green fatigues, holding a lowered power sword in one hand and a piece of paper he’s reading from in the other. Stood over a muddy waterlogged grave, marked by a lasrifle, helmet and dog tags.
Imperial Guard and mud fit together and the theme
Yes as a Mancunian it gives me hope
I also took some pictures of the mighty Beowulf!
I painted him with as many bright colours as possible, as is fitting for a king of the Geats. I'm especially fond of the blue woollen cloak. I also (not so) secretly painted him rainbow colours.
Model from @fenrisgames.com 🗡️
Very much in the same boat on these.
One thing I’ve seen that worked well is the Saturnine Dreadnought without the large shoulder pads, think it was an Iron Warriors one and it looked good.
A screenshot of a post from Rick Priestly. It’s a long one, the key summary being one of the early thoughts for the two ‘lost legions’ was that the removal of all records was not punishment but instead reward. They had seriously transgressed in some way (unknown exactly how) but then done something to atone for it and so were erased rather than marked for all time as traitors for which there is no redemption.
This made me remember something I’d saved a while back as an alternate take of how it could have been.
Full quote in picture, but summary being that the ‘lost legions’ were allowed to be deliberately forgotten, rather than marked as traitors, as they’d atoned for whatever their crime was.
A three panel cartoon starring an octopus, a shark, and a jellyfish. In the first panel, the octopus says, "I ONCE SAW A HUMAN AND PEED MYSELF." In the second panel, the shark says, "A HUMAN SAW ME, AND HE PEED HIMSELF" In the last panel, the jellyfish says, "A HUMAN TOUCHED ME ONCE, AND HIS FRIEND PEED ON HIM." In response, the octopus says, "DUDE..." and the shark says,"WHAT?" Comic is watermarked by @wawawiwacomics
This always makes me laugh
Happy Birthday 🥳
Such a good series and one of the standout setpiece moments from it
