I've been slow on news, but, Mabinogi Mobile will be having a Hello Kitty crossover in Korea!
A Korean article informed people of them planning to release Mabinogi Mobile sometime in the year 2026 , they are working diligently on it and are keeping an eye on the Global region.

#MabinogiMobile Korea official teaser for Dark Mage! It will be out October 16th for Korea.
This would also imply that we would be getting raids, specifically Glas Ghaibhleann, shortly after or on release! We would also be getting the 'Tower' system for long-term gameplay, and Abyss dungeons for weekly.

Global will be releasing with Chapter 1 of Mabinogi Mobile, Season 0.
This 'Season' will have our level cap starting at 65, along with additional content like the Rogue class, which was not originally there on release for Korea.

[New Raid, Tabhartas, Glas "VERY HARD"]
Tabhartas is being added into the game. He will make his move from being the final boss of Paladin, to becoming a raid target.
Similarly, Glas is being given a power increase to keep him relevant, adding an additional difficulty to him.
