Had so many cool conversations at the “spawn point” (smokers hut). Made out with a couple hot strangers 🙈 Bought some fun stuff. Didn’t make many new friends but I did get closer with the friends I had and that’s its own reward.
CAP was awesome!! I didn’t push myself out of my comfort zone nearly as much as I wanted to, but I still did pretty well I think! I met so many cool people and have a lot of great memories. Lived my little gay boy fantasy doing a cheer class! Danced like crazy.

This, alongside en vogue, SnP, Brandy, MJ, and a BUNCH of others are typically what comes to mind when I think of 90's pop. it's also a really chaotic record with cool fashion, high energy, and references younger mirrored did not get. It's both its own thing and of the times, I love it to death.
Dijon - Absolutely - I got introduced to this from "The Dress" but then I heard "Big Mikes" and the record just grabbed me and took me on the ride. It's raw talent and great songwriting and it's just so damn cool.
It's moody, dense, and layered. Melancholic but not insufferable about it. One of the original "post rock" records and definitely in my top 20. Perfect for a night walk with some decent headphones. Favorite song on it is "Big Shot".
I'm a bit of a music nut, so this sounds fun!! 😀
