Lucky you! I unfortunately never got to go to GSMR for Day Out With Thomas.
I did however go to the North Carolina Transportation Museum for DOWT back when they still used Strasburg’s Thomas, so I still got to experience him as a kid.

Don't know if anyone here has heard about this yet, but apparently Day Out With Thomas will be returning to the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad for the first time since 2011.
