I asked it 'how many miles to the moon?' It responded "At least one... maybe two."

Thanks. I appreciate it. I wouldn't want to eat terrible Apricot Dani...
Wait...
A photo of a woman with her hands held high in the air, a 'mushroom cloud' of what appears to be cotton is covering her torso. This famous photograph is of βMiss Atomic Bomb,β now known to be Anna Lee Mahoney, taken on May 24, 1957 outside of Las Vegas. She was a Sands Casino showgirl.
A photo of Percy (aka Perseus, his more formal name) a mostly white harlequin cat as he sleeps against my jeans-clad thigh while I sit up in bed to read. This has become a regular thing lately... both me reading in bed for awhile and him napping with me.
It's #Caturday! And Percy is so excited he's... oh. Well, he was excited. He's now asleep. I posted a photo of him like this a week or so ago. Seems like whenever I am feeling poorly and reading in bed, he has to be there with me. Sleeping. But it's OK. I enjoy his company and he seems to like mine.
A mugshot registration photograph from Auschwitz. A man with a shaved head wearing a striped uniform photographed in three positions (profile and front with bare head and a photo with a slightly turned head with a hat on). The prisoner number is visible on a marking board on the left.

BSS is good, but I prefer Trilogy.
Fourteen Necromunda Goliath minis in a warm red and brown scheme.

Please be careful with my brain.
When extremists threatened to destroy Timbuktuβs ancient manuscripts in 2012, one librarian refused to let centuries of knowledge disappear. Abdel Kader Haidara quietly organized a daring rescue, hiding and smuggling hundreds of thousands of priceless texts out of the city under constant danger.
That's good. I've just finished cereal, but still have pills to take, shower to get to and then...? Dunno.
Thursdays are like that. I just dunno what I should do on a Thursday. Adulting, yeah. There is some adulting I need to do.
Year of the Cat. Hands down. Great songs, beautiful production. Just a superb album.

he moon setting through the archway of St Michael's tower on Glastonbury Tor. Photo taken this morning before sunrise.
inorite? GARE-ee is how a friend from northwest Pennsylvania pronounces it, and yeah, that's OK.
I've never been able to get anyone originally from this area to pronounce it correctly. I even said, 'Look, just shorten it to Gaz. Surely that's easier?'
Nope. GEAZ. <sigh>
Thanks Chris! Here's another good one. Three songs from DOFP live. Same time period.
Where I now live, no one can pronounce it properly. My wife can, a former colleague can and a friend from the UK can. For me the proper pronunciation is GAH-ree. Here it is GEAR-ee.
Drove me nuts when I moved here. I blame that damnable midwest accent.
One of my favorites of their songs. Thanks Chris!
Fascinating. Especially given that I was born right around that peak. And I have no idea why I was named Gary. No one else in my family had that name. So... π€·
Sunrise on Glastonbury Tor this morning. A beautiful start to the day.
Nice! Thanks Chris. A great song to wake up with.
