Crumb shot: Pizza, jalapeño cheddar, blueberry lemon. The pizza loaf is sublime! The jalapeño loaf, incredible! Blueberry lemon is delicious, but is structurally bad. I will eat them all.

Tonight’s dinner is chicken thighs that have been marinated in a yogurt-lemon-olive oil-Mediterranean spice blend marinade, and then roasted until golden brown, tender, and delicious.
I have so much anger and sadness as I watch the ‘Christian’ nationalists/Heritage Foundation, Fascist-Nazi Republican Party, and billionaire oligarchs work to destroy everything we have earned.
