What is #EarlyPermanence?🤔

Early Permanence is where carers are approved as both foster parents and adopters. The reason for this is because they initially perform the role of a foster parent whilst the Courts decide whether a child can return to their birth family.

Having birth children does not rule you out when it comes to #adoption 🧡
