Only 4 weeks post major-surgery, already doing 40 minute brisk walking daily 😤
Doc cleared me for the gym at 50% lower intensity 💪
God it feels so good to work-out again!

Brought my weight down from 99.7kg to 96.4kg through strict dieting. Already back to cardio and stretching. Fully independent again. 💪
