We're also getting questions about what the decision means for service providers whose toilets are also used by employees. The High Court doesn't deal with this - and frankly the law is a terrible mess - but the safest (and frankly the most efficient) thing to do is make all toilets unisex.
An important takeaway – the High Court has made clear that the Code of Practice has gotten the law wrong. It will need to be rejected by the Minister.
Baffled by what this will mean for universities and anywhere else that service users (students) and employees are using the same facilities

I read through hundreds of emails and scoured through years of correspondence and background information to write this 4600 word report.
It confirms what we all have been saying about the anti-trans movement from the start. Read it from the top down, I can't even begin to summarize it all properly.
Gf had an appt a while back about a chronic shoulder injury and the GP had printed out her (extremely long) report and diagnosis from the gender clinic and left it prominently on the desk. Not sure if trans broken arm syndrome or whether GP just thought they needed a manual to talk to a trans person
