Hell yeah. I’ll do a taco pizza that’s ground beef with taco seasoning and the sauce is refried beans mixed with pizza sauce, taco seasoning, and a bit of Sriracha. Meat goes on the dough first, then blend cheese. Cook it and then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and Doritos taco chips.

I actually had a pretty hefty stack of blend, mozzarella, and a few bits of goat cheese in there. Kinda got compressed so I’ll scratch that up as a learning experience.

Oh, that was Parmesan I grated on right after I pulled it out.

I like to make my own sauce as well but was pressed for time. Dough was a little thin since it was left over but damn, if the crust didn’t have that beautiful crunch.
