It's the end of Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week 2026, and I'm celebrating with some hemp rope in the colors of the Aromantic Flag, made for me by the incredible @dominantknotter.bsky.social!!
Personal fan of Depth Probe by Square Peg, but any long skinny flexible toy will do.
1. Drink water so your mouth and throat aren't dry
2. Push the toy in until you start to gag, then pull it back a bit and hold there until it's under control
3. Repeat
4. Keep it up with multiple sessions
