I revisited this spot today in local woodland during heavy rain, and it was well worth getting soaked through. The colours were magical, with an array of green, yellows and oranges.
The winter scene, on the other hand, is desolate & cold.

It really is rather amazing. I mean that was with a Drone, but even without a drone and the right conditions, Victoria Park in Ilkeston has a certain something about it. I dare say but the Japanese Water Garden at The Bottle Kiln is also a delight to visit as well.
