No problem at all. You'll have to download 9.2 in the settings menu on the start screen of Bottles. It's laid out in detail in the written guide, but there should be a hamburger menu in the top right corner when opening Bottles, click that and look for "Runners", then find Caffe and dl 9.2. ...
There's your problem: Try using caffe-9.2. I've tried other more up-to-date runners and none of them work as stable as 9.2. Let me know if that fixes anything.
Also you might wanna test if your pen pressure works in other programs such as Krita, just to make sure.
Imma need a bit more info to help troubleshoot this. What OS are you running, what version of CSP are you on?

Hm, I sadly don't have a *ton* of experience with Wine and I could only figure out how to get CSP 1.13 work. You might have more luck with a different runner, I think I've seen Proton-GE 9.20 mentioned somewhere.
Thanks for the feedback - interesting to hear that v4 works with this method. Have you verified that the pen pressure works in other apps such as Krita? Maybe the issue isn't isolated to CSP
