To be clear, the GOP majority abdicating its congressional responsibilities and ceding its power to the executive is a choice.
Republicans could call votes and end this today if they wanted to. They choose not to.
Dems should be submitting articles of impeachment on a daily basis. grind the government to a complete stop. When the republicans vote down one, another rep should submit another. Every day. Every member of the regime. One after another and then do it all over again.
